Harbor Science and Arts Charter School
École primaire publique Saint Lambert
3rd grade students from Harbor Science and Arts Charter School in New York City participated in a collaborative art exchange with 6-9 year old students from the École primaire publique Saint Lambert after school visual arts program with instructor Blanche Godivier. Over the course of a month, students made drawings of local landmarks to share along with short introduction videos for each other, created a scavenger hunt as a group to be solved by the other class (and their families) through a series of photographs, developed a set of interview questions to ask the other group, and met virtually in a video call to ask each other their questions. Both schools had culminating exhibitions with work from students in both countries displayed.
